How long is Pretty Credit valid?

Credits can be banked for up to 18 months from the date they are awarded. See full Terms & Conditions for details.

Can I stack credits from multiple referrals?

Yes—credits stack, and you can even use them to pay off the rest of your outstanding balance (up to your invoice total). See the Pretty Credit Terms & Conditions for details.

Can I convert Pretty Credit to cash?

No. Pretty Credit has no cash value and can only be used toward Pretty Films balances, eligible upgrades, and gift cards.

Do you offer retroactive referrals?
Pretty Credit is a recent initiative and applies only to new referrals for couples who haven’t booked yet, submitted on or after December 1, 2025. If a couple booked before your referral was submitted (or before December 2025), we can’t apply credit retroactively. See the Pretty Credit Terms & Conditions for details.

What if my wedding already happened?

You still have options: choose a digital restaurant gift card (your pick), or gift it to the couple you referred.​
