Pretty Credit Referral Program

1. Overview

Pretty Credit is Pretty Films’ referral rewards program. It allows eligible couples to earn non-cash credits when they refer new couples who book with Pretty Films.

By participating in the Pretty Credit program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Who can earn Pretty Credit

• Current Pretty Films couples with an active booking (signed contract and retainer paid).

• Past Pretty Films couples whose wedding was previously filmed by Pretty Films.

2.2 Who can be referred

• Only new couples who have not already inquired with Pretty Films, signed a contract, or booked a wedding with us.

• Self-referrals are not allowed. You cannot refer yourself or your own wedding.

Pretty Films reserves the right to verify eligibility for both referrers and referred couples.

3. Earning Pretty Credit

3.1 Credit amount

• For every eligible referral who signs a contract and pays a retainer, the referring couple earns $250 in Pretty Credit.

3.2 When credit is awarded
Pretty Credit is only awarded after:

• The referred couple signs a contract with Pretty Films, and

• The retainer payment is received and cleared.

Inquiries, meetings, proposals, or tentative holds without a signed contract and paid retainer do not earn Pretty Credit.

3.3 Duplicates and first-referral rule

• Only one referring couple can receive Pretty Credit per booked couple.

• If multiple people refer the same couple, Pretty Credit is given to the first verified referral received in Pretty Films’ records.

• Duplicate referrals after the first verified one do not earn credit.

3.4 Program start date and retroactivity

• Pretty Credit applies only to referrals submitted via the Pretty Credit referral form on or after December 30, 2025.

• Referrals made before December 30, 2025 and bookings that were already in progress or completed before this date cannot be retroactively credited.

4. Using Pretty Credit – Couples With an Active Booking

If you are a current Pretty Films couple with an outstanding balance, you can use your Pretty Credit in any of the following ways:

4.1 Apply to your remaining balance

• Pretty Credit can be used to reduce your outstanding balance only.

• Pretty Credit cannot be used to pay or refund retainers or deposits.

• Example: If your remaining balance is $2,500 and you earn $2,500 in Pretty Credit from 10 booked referrals, you can bring your balance down to almost zero.

4.2 Extra coverage

• Each $250 Pretty Credit can be redeemed for one (1) extra hour of wedding day coverage, subject to date and team availability.

• Example: If you refer 2 booked couples, you may choose to redeem 2 credits for 2 additional hours of coverage at no extra charge.

• Additional coverage is subject to team availability on your date. In rare cases where coverage cannot be extended, Pretty Credit can be redirected to another eligible add-on.

4.3 Drone coverage

• You may redeem Pretty Credit for drone coverage, subject to:

  • Weather conditions,

  • Venue rules and restrictions,

  • Local laws and safety considerations, and

  • Availability of a qualified drone operator.

• If drone coverage cannot be flown due to weather, venue, legal, or safety reasons, Pretty Films will either:

  • Allow you to apply that credit to another eligible add-on, or

  • Apply it toward your remaining balance.

4.4 Film upgrades
You may redeem Pretty Credit to upgrade your films, including (subject to current package structure and pricing):

• A free EC Documentary (Extended Cut / Documentary-style edit), or

• An upgrade from a standard teaser to a Super Teaser (your usual teaser, plus an added Bridal Party teaser and Groom’s Guys teaser).

Available upgrades and their Pretty Credit value may change over time. Pretty Films will confirm current options at the time you redeem.

4.5 Flexible application of Pretty Credit

• Pretty Credit is tracked in $250 units, but may be flexibly applied across eligible uses.

• You may use your available Pretty Credit in any combination of:

  • Reducing your remaining balance,

  • Adding extra coverage,

  • Adding drone coverage (where possible), and

  • Upgrading your films.

• Pretty Films will work with you to allocate credits in a way that best fits your booking, provided the total redeemed value does not exceed your available Pretty Credit.

• For restaurant gift cards under Section 5, redemptions are made in full $250 units.

5. Using Pretty Credit – Past Pretty Films Couples

If your wedding with Pretty Films has already taken place and your balance is fully paid, you can use any earned Pretty Credit in the following ways:

5.1 Date night voucher

• You may redeem each $250 Pretty Credit as a $250 digital gift card to a restaurant of your choice, subject to:

  • The restaurant offering digital gift cards that can be purchased online from Pretty Films’ location, and

  • Any purchase limits or restrictions imposed by the restaurant or gift card provider.

5.2 Gifting Pretty Credit to the referred couple

• You may choose to gift your Pretty Credit to the couple you referred, and have it applied:

  • Toward their remaining balance, or

  • Toward their extra coverage or film upgrades, as available.

• Once you elect to gift Pretty Credit to another couple and it is applied to their booking, that decision is final and non-reversible.

Pretty Credit for past couples cannot be converted to cash or used to retroactively alter or refund an existing invoice.

6. Nature of Pretty Credit (Non-Cash, Non-Refundable)

• Pretty Credit is not cash and has no cash value.

• Pretty Credit cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or refunded for money, except as specifically outlined in these Terms (for example, as a restaurant gift card for past couples).

• Credits are non-refundable, even if:

  • You cancel or downgrade your package, or

  • You decide not to use certain add-ons or upgrades after they have been applied.

7. Consent, Marketing Emails, and Responsibility

7.1 Sharing someone’s information
By submitting a referral through our Pretty Credit form, you confirm that:

• You have the referred couple’s permission to share their name and contact details with Pretty Films, and

• They have consented to be contacted by Pretty Films by email, phone, or other channels for inquiries, follow-ups, and marketing communications.

7.2 Marketing communications

• Pretty Films may send marketing emails and other communications to the referred couple using the details you provide.

• The referred couple may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in our emails, in line with our Privacy Policy.

7.3 Accountability of the referrer

• You agree to take full accountability for only providing the contact details of people who have given you their consent to be referred.

• Pretty Films is not responsible if you share someone’s information without proper consent.

Use of personal information is further governed by the Pretty Films Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
 

8. Expiry and Banking of Pretty Credit

• Pretty Credit is stackable. You may bank multiple credits and use them together subject to availability and these Terms.

• Unless otherwise stated in writing, each Pretty Credit:

  • Can be banked for up to 18 months from the date it is awarded, and

  • Expires automatically after that time if not used.

Expired credits cannot be reinstated, extended, or redeemed.

9. Transferability

• Pretty Credit is tied to the referrer’s Pretty Films client profile.

• Credits are not transferable to other people or couples, except:

  • When a current or past Pretty Films couple elects to gift their Pretty Credit to the referred couple as described in Section 5.2.

• Credits cannot be sold, traded, or pooled among multiple unrelated bookings.

10. Your Booking – Cancellations and Reschedules

10.1 If your own wedding is cancelled or rescheduled

• If you cancel your own booking with Pretty Films, any unused Pretty Credit may be voided at Pretty Films’ discretion.

• If you reschedule, existing credit may be carried over subject to:

  • The new date,

  • Availability of the team, and

  • Any updated pricing or terms that apply on your new date.

11. Program Changes and Termination

• Pretty Films may change, suspend, or end the Pretty Credit program at any time, including:

  • Adjusting credit values,

  • Changing eligible services or add-ons, or

  • Closing the program to new participants.

If we materially change or end the program, we will honor any already-earned Pretty Credit according to the Terms in effect at the time the credit was awarded, subject to expiry and other clauses in these Terms.

12. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse

Pretty Films may withhold, revoke, or refuse Pretty Credit if there is any indication of:

• False or misleading referrals,

• Creating fake inquiries or bookings,

• Referring people without their knowledge, or

• Any other attempt to manipulate or abuse the program.

Our decision on suspected fraud or abuse is final.

13. Limitation of Liability

• Participation in the Pretty Credit program does not guarantee any specific number of referrals, bookings, credits, or rewards.

• Pretty Films is not liable for any loss or harm arising from participation in this program, other than to provide Pretty Credit as set out in these Terms.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pretty Films’ total liability related to the Pretty Credit program will not exceed the value of the Pretty Credit you have earned and not yet redeemed.

14. General

• These Terms are in addition to your wedding film contract and any other agreements you have with Pretty Films.

• If there is a conflict between these Terms and your contract, the contract will govern your booking, and these Terms will govern Pretty Credit.

• These Terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will be posted on our website or provided along with the Pretty Credit referral form.
